Job Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a fully staffed home with twins who are nearly 2, working for first-time parents. The family is one of the leading families in Saudi Arabia, traveling to their home in London most of the summer and also traveling quite a bit to other countries in Europe and the Middle East. They have a fully staffed home that includes junior nannies. The role you will be taking on is the lead nanny; you will be confident, professional, and qualified. Both parents would like to be involved as much as possible. This is a purely child-focused position; you will not be asked to do any normal nursery duties. They want you to focus on development, leading the team, education, and guiding the parents on their children's milestones.General Duties:Sole chargeLeading the junior nannies to give the best care and safety for the childrenManaging the junior nannies to ensure the playroom and play areas are always kept neat and tidy unless the children are playingWorking with the chef to provide menus and recipes that are appropriate for the children to ensure they have a healthy balanced dietPlanning and arranging age-appropriate daily activities for the children that promote all areas of developmentUpdating medical records for the childrenWorking on all their development stages and providing updates to the parentsReading and speech developmentPreparing activities while traveling to keep the children entertainedManaging the packing for travel, including food snacks and clothingIt is essential you have experience with children, ideally twin experience. You should be confident with all aspects of development in the early years and able to lead the team of junior nannies to ensure all requirements are met. You will be professional, confident, discreet, but with a gentle manner who will work with the parents to give the children the best possible care. You must have the ability to work in a team, with a strong preference for experience working in fully staffed homes. Good fitness levels are necessary, as there is a lot of travel involved, and you will need to adapt to different time zones. Native English skills are essential for the children's language development. You must have the ability to travel freely around the world and be respectful of Middle Eastern culture (this is a prominent family in the KSA).
