The Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display and video. This role is critical to the success of our campaigns and is directly responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery. In addition to managing campaigns, this position will support the launch of the Sales System Globalisation project in the French market. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ad trafficking, reporting, and a curiosity about the media landscape and digital technologies. This role is based in Madrid and will report directly to the Manager, Campaign Management in Spain.The TeamThe Campaign Management Europe team is part of Global Campaign Management that includes the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the US, and sits within the Commercial organization. Campaign Management partners closely with Digital Media Strategy, Global Monetisation Strategy, Ad Platforms, and Condé Nast Ad Studio teams, and plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our digital campaigns.What will you be doing?Manage the setup and execution of programmatic and direct campaigns for our customers across display, mobile, and video channels.Support the campaign management team in their daily tasks such as availability requests, creating campaign evaluations, and reporting.Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling tasks associated with launching campaigns.Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimizing against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.Advise internal sales departments on campaign conception and ad serving guidelines
