We're looking for an Outsourcing Delivery Specialist to join our Care Community.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the performance of our care external teams meets Alan's high standards.
You'll work closely with our Care Ops team and other Outsourcing Delivery Specialists to manage partnerships and optimize our outsourced activities, which currently handle a significant share of our customer interactions.
Some of the missions include: Monitoring and improving the performance of outsourced teamsCollaborating with Care Ops to manage partnerships effectivelyImplementing and refining processes to maintain quality standards at scaleAnalyzing data to drive continuous improvement in outsourced operationsContributing to the scaling of our Care Community while maintaining excellent user experience Join The Care team!
You will excel as an Outsourcing Delivery Specialist if you:
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French.Have excellent project management and leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Are passionate about process optimization and can implement solutions in a quick and iterative way.
