This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and target potential commercial and industrial customers in the region, with a focus on industries such as manufacturing, food and beverage, healthcare, and hospitality.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Culligan's market share in the commercial and industrial sectors.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their specific water treatment needs and providing tailored solutions.Technical Expertise: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure the correct design and implementation of water treatment systems that meet customer requirements.Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and timelines, to prospective customers.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, service, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
