In this role, you will make outbound calls to acquire new customers and upsell existing ones using needs-based selling strategies - listening, probing, educating - determine the customer's needs and help them select the appropriate products and services.As an Outbound Sales Representative for the healthcare account, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and drive sales for healthcare products or services.
You will engage with potential customers over the phone or through other communication channels to promote and sell healthcare solutions, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.SALARY?19,000.00Position ResponsibilitiesWHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.Essential DutiesManage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Candidate QualificationsWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT?MCI provides all new employees with world-class training, so all positive, driven, and confident applicants are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated.QualificationsWith at least 6 months of voice call center experience (US account).Experience in outbound calls, sales, and healthcare is a great advantage.Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, or similar CRM, etc.)
