We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales & Customer Operations team.
Role OverviewAs an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be in charge of reaching out to target organizations to generate meetings with key decision-makers. You will be using online and offline outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, industry events, and personal networking to generate those meetings. This is therefore a "hunter" type of role, in which proactivity, persistence, and courage are required. Growth Hacking techniques will be valuable for the role too. You will be supported by Business Analysts who will help run the market research needed to identify target companies and contacts. After you generate a meeting, the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) will take over to guide the prospects along the sales cycle down to the contract closing.
Your ChallengeGenerate weekly meetings with key senior roles at target customers through a combination of online and offline channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, industry events, and personal networking).Coordinate Business Analyst's work to help you identify and pre-qualify target customers for new sales opportunities.Hand over key prospects to the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to guide them along the sales cycle down to the contract closing, with your support.Sales Back-office support: updating CRM, supporting in reporting of key KPIs.Must-haves+3 years experience in Enterprise Outbound Sales and related lead generation activities.Proven track record of meeting your sales/lead generation KPIs.Bachelor's degree.Brave, persistent "hunter" attitude to chase target organizations.People skills: emotional intelligence and empathy to understand prospects' needs.An entrepreneurial, proactive attitude, with the ability to own projects independently.A mission-driven mindset to have a big impact in the fight against climate change through technological innovation.Professional English written and oral communication skills (C1).Nice-to-haveUnderstanding of the electricity markets, renewable energy procurement processes, and sustainability agendas of corporations.Experience selling SaaS products and operating in a software company.Experience in entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and new business model definition.Understanding of blockchain technology and IT solutions.Spanish, German, and/or French written and oral communication skills.Your BenefitsA competitive salary and bonus structure.Hybrid working model.An extremely steep learning curve in a fast-paced high-tech B2B company.International team with a 'global citizen' mindset.An entrepreneurial environment where innovation is encouraged and nurtured.23 official paid vacation days + bank holidays and days when the company does not operate.Free coffee, tea, snacks, and fresh organic fruit.Referral policy bonus.Sports and wellness package, including monthly massage.Company-sponsored team fun events every quarter and other cool after-work activities.Diversity & InclusionIn FlexiDAO, we embrace diversity by promoting an inclusive and diverse environment.
