We are looking for an experienced SDR with strong abilities to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close a large volume of opportunities on a monthly basis.
You will be the person responsible for presenting our solution to the market, generating high-quality opportunities, and securing demonstrations for our Account Executives.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary squad composed of experts in marketing, product, and technology.
You will work in an agile environment based on sprints, with a team that encourages autonomy, proactivity, and innovation.
Your role will be key in driving growth and positioning our solution as a market leader.
What will you do?
Search for, identify, and prospect new clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
Manage your own prospect portfolio for the Spanish market.
Understand client needs and the buying cycle to gather key information from prospects and generate interest.
Close a high volume of opportunities Keep track of every interaction in our CRM.
Become an expert in the services we offer, understanding the value proposition, the solutions provided, and market positioning.
Support in designing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for our partners.
Draw conclusions based on data from the results achieved.
What are we looking for?
At least 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR.
Experience in selling services or SaaS is a plus.
Experience in outbound prospecting and generating a high volume of qualified meetings.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence.
A proactive, ambitious, and persistent attitude.
Strong organizational, planning, analytical, strategic vision, and results-oriented skills.
Experience working with CRMs.
