About this position: We're looking for talented and experienced marketing professionals who like technology and understand the challenges of positioning a deep tech brand and product in the worldwide market. As part of the Marketing and Sales Team, the Marketing Manager will lead all initiatives related to market analysis, product high-level documentation, customer satisfaction, brand awareness and communication, surrounded by different external services and some of the most prestigious consulting firms.
We are targeting senior marketing professionals with 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B SW, Cloud services, or networking products, willing to take full responsibility for the marketing area in a growing start-up that is already competing in markets worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented person with proven experience who is also eager to learn and motivated by the challenges presented by introducing extremely innovative technology into the market.
Responsibilities include:Elaboration and follow-up of the Marketing PlanMarket analysis: TAM, use cases, global trends, competitorsProduct multi-channel communication: public web, social networks, video production, official product descriptions and presentations, PRs, etc.Customer feedback, to ensure the customer's inputs are considered in the product evolution roadmapsEvents planning and preparation (Mobile World Congress, etc.)Brand awareness: SEO, advertising, etc.Skills required:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering with a postgraduate in Marketing Studies or proven experience.3-5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in Digital MarketingExperience in content creation (in English)Strong English verbal and writing skillsExperience in managing and working with external service suppliersExperience and knowledge in marketing automation, demand and lead generation, CRM management, data and KPIs, performance reportingFamiliarity with the MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint environmentsOrganized, assertive, dedicated, and detail-oriented team playerValuable skills:Technology friendlyExperience in niche IT marketsJob Conditions:Immediate hiringFull-time indefiniteSalary compensation according to proven experienceSocial environmentInternational team!
