Your mission:
- You find the ideal talents for meteocontrol and can inspire them for the tasks and the company.
- You work closely with various personnel service providers (including headhunters) and manage external partners.
- You develop sustainable recruiting strategies, identify suitable recruiting channels and are prepared to follow new, innovative and creative paths in addition to current recruiting trends.
- You create reports and ensure a continuous improvement of the recruiting process by evaluating relevant KPIs.
Your profile:
- You have a successfully completed degree in economics, humanities or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in HR work with a focus on talent acquisition and/or employer branding.
- You are proficient in digital recruiting and active sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and are familiar with target group-specific job networks and recruiting trends.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with social networks.
- You are a team player, have negotiation skills and convince with your professional appearance.
- You are characterized by independence, reliability and motivation.
- A fluent command of English completes your profile.
