To support our growing operations and ensure efficiency across our teams, we are seeking a Commercial Controller to join our team. This role will act as a critical link between IT, finance, operations, and account management.
Key Responsibilities: Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with account management to prepare detailed client and project financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate information.Track and analyze revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all accounts.Provide regular financial forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Process Optimization: Act as the key liaison between IT, finance, and operations to streamline workflows and ensure seamless data integration.Identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Budgeting & Cost Management: Work closely with account managers to develop and monitor budgets for projects and retainers.Ensure compliance with contracts, agreements, and client expectations.Support the operations team in managing cost control and optimizing profitability on client projects.Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact for cross-departmental communication regarding financial and operational matters.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and account teams.Analytical Expertise: Conduct in-depth analysis of project performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Develop dashboards and reports for tracking financial and operational metrics.Support ad hoc requests for analysis or reports from senior leadership.Key Qualifications: Education: Degree in finance and accounting, business administration, or a related field, with training in Marketing or Sales Analysis.
