The area of Technology & Operations (T&O) plays a key role in accelerating this transformation and we're making steady progress in building a common operating model, with the convergence to shared platforms and systems.
Within the CTO Europe area working on the T&O Europe Transformation team you will be part of this transformation and construction of One Europe.
This function has great visibility and impact across the entire organization, as such having committed, hands-on, motivated team members with excellent critical thinking capabilities is critical for our success.
What you would be doing: Participate (and/or lead) key strategic projects for the region in the area of T&O across multiple areas (e.g.
One App, Technical Platform, Operating model). Prepare supporting documentation for key Committees / governance bodies (e.g.
Group ExCo, Management Com., StratCo, Board Strategy Day, Local Boards, European Leadership Team, etc.
). Liaise with different teams and coordinate efforts, trying to identify and solve (as possible) any interdependencies, conflicts, duplicities, etc. Perform ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis requested by T&O Europe's Leadership Team. Support the preparation of Regional events (offsites, key meetings, etc.
). What we are looking for: University degree. 3-6 years of experience in a dynamic and highly competitive working environment, that provided the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the capacity to work in teams, with demanding pressure levels. Previous experience in consulting, technology, and/or project management. Key competences: Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills. Business insight and strategic mindset. Good interpersonal skills and communication (written & verbal). Action-oriented. Technical knowledge or background is a plus. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent). Desired Experience: A background in technology or technical consultancy would be desired. It would also be nice for you to have: Knowledge in Digital Transformation, i.e.
software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD), cloud public, and agile methodologies. Skills and abilities: Ability to cope within an often pressurised and fast-moving environment. Ability to effectively present technical and non-technical information to internal customers and senior management. Ability to facilitate work groups with a high degree of professionalism, work ethic, and integrity. Ability to incorporate technical and business knowledge in the analysis of customer solutions. Ability to work productively with diverse teams.
