This is a role that will require autonomy, attention to detail, and drive. You will familiarize yourself closely with Fever's mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives, and advise on a variety of corporate transactions, including joint ventures and co-investments to support the growth of the business, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious international expansion.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team leading on all corporate matters relating to the company. You will be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the Fever business. You will advise and participate on a wide range of corporate secretarial issues, corporate transactions, and co-productions, co-investments, and joint ventures. You will be expected to work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you.
