Tasks and Qualifications:
Mission:
Ensure an efficient and accurate flow from order receipt to final delivery to the customer, coordinating between the sales, supply chain, and customer service departments.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Manage sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates in the planning monitor.
Coordinate with sales, factories, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle e-commerce and dealer orders, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Create and manage production orders.
Customer Interaction:
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing updates on order status and delivery dates.
Communicate terms and conditions to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Manage customer leads, documentation, and information exchange between the commercial networks and the supply chain.
Logistics Coordination:
Plan and monitor the flow of NTS (New Truck Sales) to meet demand and delivery dates.
Coordinate order delivery with the logistics provider.
Track order shipments.
Manage claims.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Generate and follow up on proforma invoices and advance payment invoices.
Generate an order type documentation file.
Create a CoA (Certificate of Arrival) collection.
Education, Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Advanced knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Advanced SAP skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and logistics.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, able to communicate fluently and accurately in professional contexts, with negotiation skills when required.
