She/he is the contact person in the FO area for the trade customers of the company, including hotel accommodation, transfers, tours & activities. He/she will be responsible for incidence management, application of the Credit Policy, and closing/reconciling accounts with them.Key Responsibilities:Contacting the assigned clients to recover & collect payments. Debts and Balance International German speaker clients.Monitoring collected commitment and achieved Collection & Reconciling claim Accounts.Incidence resolution.Reconciliation of outstanding payments & monthly report about the status of claim balances.Pro-activity measures to avoid risk to the company.Qualifications Candidate Profile:Languages required: High level of German and Spanish (spoken & written).Other languages will be a plus (English).High performance in analytical and precision skills.High performance in communication and organizational skills (phone customer service is an advantage).Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.High negotiation skills and good problem-solver.Microsoft Office (Excel): good knowledge.Knowledge of SAP system.You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world's leading travel services provider.
