To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent As an OT Infrastructure Administrator (d/f/m), you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our OT environment, including but not limited to Virtual Machines (VMware), Windows Server & Clients, Linux Administration, Active Directory, and supporting elements (GPO, DNS, KMS, AD Connect, and others).
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Active Directory operations for the Day to Day of our central landscape within the Operational Technology environment (including patch management of critical systems).Proactively monitor our system performance and react to incidents to minimize disruptions, including daily checks, scheduled jobs, and backups.Analysis and elimination of technical incidents via tickets and/or other methods, including 2nd and 3rd line support – including the Change Management Processes.Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and local or international laws of the countries where we operate, including security operations and/or ISMS/ISO27000 standards.Own the infrastructure documentation, including but not limited to patch management, hardware details, backup procedures, AD Procedures, etc., making sure it remains updated.Support development of IT solutions in cooperation with external service providers.Support and implement projects related to our OT central and decentralized application landscape.
Enable good working relationships and knowledge exchange with other teams within the renewables business, including external consultants.Participate in the on-call 24/7 – estimate it in one full week every three months approximately.Your ProfileCertifications within the Information Technology Area (Microsoft, Linux, SQL Servers, Azure, or similar) with related experience and successfully completed a university degree in Information Technology.5+ years of experience managing LAMP and Wintel servers within a Virtualized environment (VMware) using HP/Intel brands.5+ years of experience managing Active Directory and related products (GPOs, DNS, KMS, ADConnect, etc.) including PowerShell experience.Strong passion for improvements – including experience coordinating Root Cause Analysis, lessons learnt, and troubleshooting.Ability to troubleshoot in complex OT related systems with analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking.Empathy and experience in working in international environments.Fluent in English – writing and speaking; German and any other language are a plus.Apply now with just a few clicks: ad code 86870 We value diversity and therefore welcome all applications, irrespective of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic and social background, religion and beliefs, age or sexual orientation and identity. #inclusionmatters
