The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Madrid office, working closely with our Product Owners, Product Specialists, Global Product Managers, and Solera country stakeholders, to deliver state-of-the-art automotive claim software products to our customers.What You'll DoUnderstand Solera strategic and competitive position in the countries, working with regional teams and customers to define and deliver best in class, sustainable and competitive products.Drive and define Solera's products roadmap from a strategic, business-driven and hands-on perspective, combining competitors analysis, user needs and feedback from local & regional teams, customers and prospects.Lead the execution of product initiatives through the entire lifecycle from demand management, business case analysis, concept & use cases definition to the launch across countries & regions, coordinating the planning, implementation and release material with your team of Product Managers and Product Owners.Lead, mentor and support a team of Product Managers and Product Owners helping them on the roadmap execution and product initiatives.Drive the rationalization of a product portfolio, implementing the strategy needed for achieving the highest return on investment.Act as a primary point of contact and domain expert for your product area with regional and country stakeholders across the organization.Work closely with the UX team to plan UX research activities and with the marketing team to leverage product collaterals such as presentations and sales material.Define and track product KPI's, measure customer satisfaction and analyze product performance to drive facts-based decisions.Collaborate with field sales, training and support teams to seek to understand our customers' needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.What You'll BringAt least 5 years of product manager experience (preferably B2B software).Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish. Additional languages can be a plus.Outstanding prioritization and time management skills.Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders' insights.Excellent communication and team skills. Can communicate requirements and goals efficiently to the teams involved, executives and customers.Experience in multi-national environments and managing international products.Proficient with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks.Requires a BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent.(Nice-to-have) line management experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
