Proyectos Industriales - MADRID - CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES (ESP) - EspañaDescripción del puestoThe Senior PM will be responsible to manage the construction of the batch of projects specified by the Regional Sr Project Manager to successfully deliver the projects from RTB stage thru COD. With the support of the Senior Project Manager in charge of the respective batch of projects, the Senior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc) to reach the highest standards and achieve the COD as planned.Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.Monitor the compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestones requirements.Coordination with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements.
