CRM Business Program Manager - 5+ Years ExperienceLocation: Barcelona, Saint Cugat (onsite work)Salary: 32K Euros per AnnumEmployment Type: Full timeResponsibilities:Excellent business analysis and project management skills.Ability to analyze the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Sales & Customer Services / Post Sales).Perform project management tasks.Understanding of Customer Journey & Processes.As-Is/To-Be process mapping.Ability to streamline processes.Strong Documentation Management Experience.Align internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of new technology, strategies, requirements, and processes.Run workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding of involved processes.Work with a CRM system (ideally with MS Dynamics CE) for at least 3 to 5 years.Discover and implement new requirements into future design.Write complete user stories to illustrate requirements for new features for the development team.Support CRM IT PM in planning development and rollout of new CRM features.Assist Product Owner in agile build and management of the CRM backlog.Support CRM team during testing phase by writing business scenarios in accordance with relevant business processes and solution design.Capture enhancement requirements from support cases and create user stories for the CRM backlog.Job Type:TemporaryContract Length: 6 monthsPay: Up to 32,000.00€ per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
