Role mission: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing of products and services for our RegTech business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, superb negotiation skills, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Create and execute procurement and vendor management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Manage the vendor life cycle through onboarding, renewal, renegotiations, and off boarding. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements with vendors. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest IT products and pricing trends. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and requirements. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or problems related to the delivery of products and services. Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activities to senior management. What we're looking for: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement global sourcing and managing international suppliers, preferably in the tech industry / a related regulated industry. Skills: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of procurement within regulated and technology industries. Ability to work with numbers and analyze data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
