.Description and RequirementsAre you a natural leader with experience in OSHC, looking for a role that will allow you to take charge, drive enrolments and flex your communication skills? A service based in Tarneit is looking for a passionate and organised Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 34 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance!Hours are as follows: Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 08:30 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:30 - 06:30 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional 4 hours admin time.About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.About usPartnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. You would be leading a team of 1 permanent Educator and 3 casuals. The team would nurture your leadership skills and ability to take initiative, with plenty of room to grow attendance, and your role along with it.
