Further your career in the OSHC industry! A new service based in Doherty's Creek is looking for a passionate and organised Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent full-time position at 38 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance! Hours will be Monday -Friday, 06:30 - 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 02:30 - 06:30 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus 5 additional admin hours.
In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $500 commencement bonus at the completion of the first month plus another $500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.
About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
