Accor is currently looking for an OS&E Category Manager to join our offices in Madrid, reporting directly to the SE Cat Director OS&E, and work together with the Category Management team.WHAT IS THE JOB?The main missions are:Offer range management (Local & Global categories):Understanding of business & guest needs, as well as new trendsTranslation of these needs into Category offer StrategiesDefinition of product/services assortment range to meet these needsDefinition of product/service specificationsResponsibility on revenue and profit for categories in scopeProcurement/Sourcing Management (Local and Global categories):Development of procurement sourcing strategy to enable Category visionAlignment with SE and Global Category StrategyDefinition of best sourcing procurement process and frequency of price reviewsDevelopment of new supplier base/innovationSource to contract (Local & Global categories):Lead on execution of RFI/RFP/RFQAssessment of suppliers' proposals (products & services, price)Shortlisting, negotiation, and decision on selected suppliersClosing & contracting with selected suppliers, implementation of contractsSupplier performance management & supplier relationship managementCoordination on Global categories and international contract roll-out:Support & coordination with Corp for identification and deployment of best practices, synergies & massification potentials, highlighting local specificitiesLocal implementation of international dealsCustomer relationship building as country/regional category expertWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?At least 5 years of experience in ProcurementBusiness School / Master in PurchasingFluent in Spanish and working proficiency in English (C1).
