About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance Operations Associate who loves to improve efficiency in everything, create and/or enhance processes and always finds the way to get things done! Operations is the driver of change on Fever, as we seek to achieve operational excellence in all our teams. Therefore, we are looking for someone to dive deep into our Finance department and help us create and establish best practices and standards to facilitate and support high growth.
In Finance, we align business needs and work cross-functionally with our product, tech, and operations departments, managing and implementing many of the tools and processes used in Fever by other teams. Your work will be project-based, including improvement projects where you will be expected to find and tackle various opportunities with ownership and increase efficiency in different areas within the Finance department such as Billing, Treasury, Accounting, Taxes, etc.
In this central role, you will interact not only with all areas within Finance but also with different areas of the company, including Sales, Technology, Product, Marketing, or User support, giving you a unique 360° view of a high-paced, exciting company. From day 1, you will have your own project to lead, always with the support of your team, to assure that you create a high impact in the company.
About YouYou are degree qualified with 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related).You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.You can speak different languages.
