This person will report to the Service Center Manager and will be in charge of part of the process of customer support and jobs coordination in the center, together with other colleagues in the same team.Main Responsibilities:Service Center Coordination ProcessSales interaction and job creation for international requests.Shipments arrangement.Export & Import coordination: documentation, logistics, custom clearance.Repairing order reception and validation.Spare parts ordering to Group's distribution centers and local suppliers.Spare parts lead time follow up.Customer invoicing.Customer Support ProcessOrder handling and quotation process.Backlog and WIP Maintenance.Claims administration.Workshop consumables and maintenance ordering, follow up and invoice handling, and cost monitoring.Customer support and updating during the repairing process.Who you are:A dynamic and proactive person, who really likes to support the customer, with a service and customer focus mindset.Energetic, passionate, and a team player, with a high level of autonomy.Curious mind with a clear focus on continuous improvement in all the processes that you are involved in.Job Requirements:Diploma in Administration (Formación Profesional).Between 5 and 8 years in administrative roles, preferably in the industrial sector.High level of knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Package, mainly in Excel.Spanish and English speaker (we value Portuguese).Resident in the Madrid area.The position is located in Algete (Madrid).#J-18808-Ljbffr
