Position: Account Manager
Job Description: As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting network of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.
ACCOUNT MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE Arrow Global Components is looking for an Account Manager. The position is based in Barcelona. The role is sales and engineering focused and target driven.
Responsibilities: Taking ownership of assigned accounts.Developing relationships and negotiating at all levels within the customer.Being visible on site – frequent customer visits.Developing the business on assigned accounts to:Maximize Arrow's share.Maximize overall profitability.Maximize Arrow design in profile and technical sales.Managing all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Field Marketing, Asset, Business Process Excellence (BPE), customers & suppliers.Providing customer satisfaction.What are we looking for? Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers.Industry knowledge; preferably previous experience working in distribution.Customer-orientation and empathy.Prospecting and presentation skills.Energy, creativity, and focus.Analytical and planning skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.What is in it for you?
