Role ResponsibilitiesYou are a motivated individual that will manage the customer onboarding experience from end to end, including project planning, coordination, and execution.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of onboarding materials and processes.You will work with the Onboarding Product Lead to develop and implement customer onboarding strategies and processes.You will monitor and analyze customer onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer experience.You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer onboarding and provide recommendations for product improvements.You will gather customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.You will maintain a deep understanding of our digital banking products.Role RequirementsYou have strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.You can think creatively and solve problems in a collaborative way, and you feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.Previous experience of agile working methodologies is desirable.A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Technology, or a related field is advantageous.Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential and all other language skills welcomed.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
