We embrace a strong risk culture and all our professionals are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a CYBER INFORMATION PROTECTION ANALYST (IAM/DLP), you will oversee the Information Protection tasks primarily related to Data Loss Prevention and Identity & Access Management for all the SCF Units under scope (14 entities in 16 countries).You will provide assistance directly to the Information Protection unit in SCF Western Hub, HQ and Global Services. You will be part of the SCF Information Protection Team and will coordinate with the rest of the SCF Cyber Security Teams.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Facilitate application integration, workflow definition, audit requirements for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects and services.Support in IAM audits, including SOX IAM control and deficiencies.Track and oversee the deployment of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls, including escalation and decision support on alerts and potential data leaks.Support in the coordination of DLP services and DLP forums.Maintain open communication with the Local focal point (Information Protection) of the other Consumer Countries and Cybersecurity Global.EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.EDUCATIONSTEM related career, Cyber certifications.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience working with IAM, SOX IAM and PAM.Experience working with Data Loss Prevention (DLP).Fluent English and Spanish.Proactive and great skill to work independently.Fluent communication, and capability to adapt to different levels.Documentation and presentation skills.Strong organization and planning skills.Workload management ability.OTHER INFORMATIONTravel, mainly to European countries, if needed (normally not frequent)
