It supports the execution of programs to enable employees taking up more ownership for their area of responsibility by providing respective trainings and material for skill-boosts.

What You Will Do Supporting the understanding, respect, and proper implementation of the vision, mission, and Compelling Business Needs across the organization at all levels (MasterPlan, goals, and objectives).
Supporting the Organizational Improvement Team in maintaining and implementing CI tools and methods through standardization and improvement.
Supporting the TPM activities and Equipment Owner Programs.
Suggest continuous improvement projects based on evaluating operational and financial data and qualitative analysis derived from observation and discussion.
Ensuring appropriate internal and interdepartmental coordination regarding continuous improvement project activities.
Training the organization on Continuous Improvement Programs.
Driving the Continuous Training Program and supporting the Young Talent Program by acting as a trainer, mentor, or coach when needed.
Identifying opportunities to improve or develop new methods, processes, or tools throughout the factory.
Coaching, counseling, and training operational managers and staff to apply, support, sustain, and develop a Continuous Improvement culture.
Facilitating and leading Continuous Improvement events as a subject matter expert while empowering operational staff and associates to present ideas and create improvements and solutions.
Promoting events and special activities in the factory that encourage communication and the sharing of knowledge and Best Practices.
Identifying barriers to progress and executing the CI Strategy for success while acting on opportunities and threats.
Providing proper rewards and recognition to individuals/teams.
Developing tools and digital reports to track and analyze accurate manufacturing data.
Managing Learning and Knowledge software and systems to ensure proper setup and support for operators.
Implement and maintain Essity Connect at department level.
Create digital solutions to enhance servicing operations.
Who You Are University degree in Engineering.
2 years of experience in a similar role.
IT skills: Knowledge of basic programming and Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, e.g.).
High level of English (written and verbal) is a must; additional languages are an advantage.
Proven skills in continuous improvement methods and tools (5s, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, others).
Ability to lead improvement projects and experience in running multi-function teams effectively.
Ability to train people, at all levels.
Great communication skills (able to give presentations, coordinate events and activities).
