Orderbook Specialist (Supply Chain)

Your role will be:
Consolidating demand from stakeholders and executing the order entry.Performing modifications and cancelations task in the system according to the business needs.Ensure proper application of processes and procedures to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.Addressing requests from internal departments ensuring effective follow-up and order entry.Proactively contribute to identify and implement any process improvements.Secure coordination and communication with key stakeholders on critical deadlines for the company's general business.Data analysis to support strategic decisions, visibility on deliveries, and service levels.Assistance in the implementation of area projects that impact the department.Ensure follow-up of season calendar deadlines.What is important for this role:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience in fashion and/or luxury is a plus.Background in Supply Chain.Proficiency in English; additional languages (French and Spanish) are a definite plus.High business sensibility and strong analytical skills.Good level of Microsoft Office programs (mainly PowerPoint and Excel) is mandatory. Power BI will be a plus.
