Now, we're seeking an ORDER TO CASH (O2C) LEAD for the Iberia & Africa Region based in Madrid (Spain).
As O2C Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and organizing collections and billing activities in every Operating Area. Establishing collections and billing escalation process. Improving process and facilitating closure of issues. Defining credit limits or credit policy. Ensuring compliance with approval matrix. Close collaboration with branches to ensure correct application of stop servicing / handover actions. Animating risk committee. Operating Area process owner. Governance of outsourcings in collection and billing activities. Relations with different stakeholders. Compliance with Company policies. To be successful in this role you need these requirements:
Bachelor in Business Administration. Fluent in English (minimum level C1). Minimum 5-7 years' experience in similar positions. Previous experience leading in-house and outsourced teams. Valuable: training as project manager and in continuous improvement processes. Availability to travel (40-60% of the time) throughout the region, mainly when starting the position.
