We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways. Now, we're seeking an ORDER TO CASH (O2C) LEAD for the Iberia & Africa Region based in Madrid (Spain).
As O2C Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and organization collections and billing activities in every Operating Area.
- Establish collections and billing escalation process.
- Improve process and facilitate closure of issues.
- Define credit limits or credit policy.
- Ensure compliance with approval matrix.
- Close collaboration with branches to ensure correct application of stop servicing / handover actions.
- Animates risk committee.
- Operating Area process owner.
- Governance of outsourcings in collection and billing activities.
- Relations with different stakeholders.
- Comply with Company policies
To be successful in this role you need these requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English (minimum level C1).
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in similar positions.
- Previous experience leading in-house and outsourced teams.
- Valuable: training as project manager and in continuous improvement processes.
- Availability to travel (40-60% of the time) throughout the region, mainly when starting the position.
