The team ensures the smooth running of orders with suppliers as well as internal orders.About the role:The order operation ensures the proper processing of orders validated by the sales department, the purchase orders and delivery from the supplier, and the billing of the customer.Key Responsibilities:Check the conformity of the orders with internal procedures (Amount, Discount, Mandatory indication, Legal compliance).Process orders through our internal system.Check customer delivery.Customer billing.Success Indicators:Fast order processing.No orders left out.Detection of non-compliant elements.Check delivering orders accuracy.Correct entry of key elements in internal tools.Billing in time.Required experience:What you must have done already:Sales Administration experience in German.What is nice to have done already:Accounting experience.Administrative management experience.Required skills and abilities:Fluent in German.Accurate, Serious, Conscientious, Flexibility, Computer literate.Autonomy, Teamwork, Reactivity.Interview process:Talent Acquisition.People Manager.Director of the Business Unit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
