About the Team Hiring
The Order Operation team oversees processing orders from the moment they are approved by the sales team in the CRM system until the billing.
The team ensures the smooth running of orders with suppliers as well as internal orders.

Overview
The order operation ensures the proper processing of orders validated by the sales department, the purchase orders and delivery from the supplier and the billing of the customer.
Key Responsibilities
· Check the conformity of the orders with internal procedures (Amount, Discount, Mandatory indication, Legal compliance).
· Process orders through our internal system.
· Check customer delivery.
· Customer billing.
Success Indicators:
· Fast order processing.
· No orders left out.
· Detection of non-compliant elements.
· Check delivering orders accuracy.
· Correct entry of key elements in internal tools.
· Billing in time.
Responsibilities
What you must have done already:
o Sales Administration experience in German.
What is nice to have done already:
o Accounting experience.
o Administrative management experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of German.
- Accurate, Serious, Conscientious, Flexibility, Computer literate.
