Additionally, it seeks to drive a high level of automation and digitalization.Key Responsibilities:Manage the order management processes within the BLC, ensuring efficient performance.Place the order and manage change requests in the ERP systems, including EDI orders.Drive automation of the order management processes using OCR technology.Receive, track, and validate the orders.Take actions to resolve any queries in a timely manner.Liaise with stakeholders and departments regularly to resolve any queries or incomplete statuses.What we ask for:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or technical discipline, e.G., operations management or supply chain management.Advanced Excel functionality.Strongly required Advanced English.What we offer:We offer a challenging, responsible, and varied job in a modern, fast-growing division within an International Corporation.
