The Order Fulfilment Operator will manage the warehouse on a daily basis, ensuring stock is accurate and correctly located as per the Sage system. The Order Fulfilment Operator will ensure all deliveries and receipts are managed in a timely fashion whilst recording these on the Sage system to guarantee our stock accuracy at all times.The Order Fulfilment Operator will assist as and when required with organizing the storage and packing of stock machines and parts in identifiable locations, as well as ensure that the warehouse and goods in and out is kept within the 5's standards for HS&E requirements. What You'll Do Responsibilities: PICKING• Ensure that items as per the picking list are picked correctly.• Ensure that all picks are provided to production or dispatch in accordance with the current SLA.• Verify that all goods have gone through the QA process prior to packaging for dispatch• Ensure that goods are adequately and securely packaged for dispatchRECEIPTING• Ensure that for all goods received, supplier invoices or delivery notes are agreed to a PO in terms of quantityand description and that any short deliveries are noted and reported to the Supply Chain Manager.• All receipting should be timely and in accordance with set SLA's• Ensure that all goods are received in good working order and that any damages or DOA's are notified to thesupplier within 48 hours of receipt.RMA's• Ensure that goods returned from customers are done in terms of the customer return or warranty policyand that the RMA system is updated.• All activity should be timely and in accordance with set SLA'sSTOCK CONTROL• Maintain Sage system for inventory and advise the Purchasing Specialist Manager of low stock levels• Perform cycle counts as advised by the Supply Chain Manager.• Perform bi-annual stock counts in accordance with the established PIVP (Physical Inventory VerificationPlan)• Ensure that the warehouse and stores are maintained in a methodical and tidy manner• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
