This is a Global scope/location, the position can be filled in any location in Europe and the US.Reports to OEA tower lead Role accountabilities:Oracle Application Architecture Design and propose Oracle solutions, architectures, and designs for key project initiatives in the Oracle & Enterprise Apps tower Elicit the functional and non-functional requirements of business teams and guide them on the appropriate trade-offs among different implementation choices Understand and advice on data architecture in Oracle and impact on reporting functionality Understand and advice on integration architecture across the Oracle platform Present key architecture, technical, and design decisions to the Architecture Review Board, and build consensus with other solution architects in the community.
Outline the architecture principles, standards, and guardrails for all software solutions emerging from the Tower.
Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and be the trusted partner for the business.
Closely follow the development of new features in Oracle and proactively suggest use cases for new technology in and around Oracle with a focus on continuous improvement of processes Collaboration Collaborate closely with different Oracle teams within the OEA tower Collaborate closely with other Architects within the Arcadis TECH domain Collaborate closely with development teams of 3rd parties Key Shared Accountabilities: Deliver high-performing Oracle solutions Design Oracle solutions that are compliant with our security and privacy standards Keep Oracle implementation and maintenance costs at an acceptable level Decision Rights: Owns: Oracle solution and design options and usage of Oracle modules Influences: Project scope, time planning Vetoes: Violation of design architectural design principles Qualifications & Experience:Key Profile Requirements Expert understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and their interdependencies Experienced in translating user requirements into high-performing Oracle solutions Broad understanding of business processes behind CRM, ERP, and HCM solutions Familiarity with process mapping, interface design, and analytic options in and around Oracle Skill Requirements Strong written and verbal communication, Excellent problem solving, Critical thinking and attention to detail.
