Degree or an equivalent level IT qualification.Proven Subject Matter Expert within the HCM ERP environment, especially experience of operating within an outsourced or commercialized environment.End to End Europe based projects Implementation experience with full understanding of country specific needs is preferred.Oracle OUM methodology experience is preferred.Oracle business accelerators knowledge is preferred.Ability to collate and disseminate facts ensuring that the audience understands information being presented supported by high presentation proficiency to present the project in a variety of forums to different levels of business.Strong leadership and communication skills.Fluency in Spanish and English.Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Act as domain expert, providing best-practice on HR business processes and Oracle HCM cloud functional expertise on Core HR, Oracle Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Goals and Performance Management.Responsible for driving the agile execution of Oracle HCM configuration, upgrades, and implementations.Gather and translate business requirements into optimal system configuration of Oracle module.
