EY Knowledge helps EY to win in the market by providing the right insights at the right time through an agile, client-first organization.Experience 2+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials (formerly E-Business Suite) with at least 2+ years of experience in Fusion Financials.
Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations, with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials.
Good experience in Fusion finance modules like AP, AR, GL, CM, etc.
Good to have experience in Project Accounting, Billing, and Costing.
Experience in a client-facing role is required.
Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities.
Application configuration, test case preparation, and execution are also necessary.Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies.Implement the Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews and discussions.Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules.Capable of handling Solution Design / Functional Fit-Gap / Training / Testing sessions.Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs.Guide client team and business users on Oracle ERP Cloud applications.Conduct training for business users in Spanish.Competencies / Skills Fluency in Spanish and English.Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology.Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team members.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.Client site work / Business traveling involved.Education Oracle Certification in any one of the Oracle Cloud Financials modules is a plus.What we offer Continuous learning: You'll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next.
