Job Title: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Solution Architect Location: 100% remote, but MUST be in EST or CST timezone.
US Status: Must be GC or USC.

The EPM Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise performance management solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance analytics.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EPM platforms.
Must haves: Must have experience working in consulting companies Must have functional expertise in EPM in EPBCS, PBCS and Narrative Reporting (FCCS and ARCS are a plus) Must have done 10 or more implementations or in EPM area Should have been part of the complete life cycle of the Project from requirements gathering to deployment in the Functional Lead or Architect role Should have hands-on experience configuring the EPM modules and should be able to translate business requirements into functional tasks Should have experience with scope gathering and application design.
Should have knowledge of Integrating with Fusion Cloud, EBS and Other ERP Systems Any technical skillset of report building and integration building is a plus Requirements: Design scalable and robust EPM architectures that meet business needs for performance, security, and compliance.
Develop integration strategies between EPM systems and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Lead the implementation of EPM solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
Define and document system requirements, technical specifications, and workflows.
Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Train end-users and provide ongoing technical guidance.
Establish and enforce governance policies for EPM tools and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EPM and related technologies.
Drive the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
