We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. In 2017, we kicked off our relaunch plans and have been continuously expanding and growing ever since, especially when it comes to technology. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our customers' experience to the next level. In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.

Mission and Responsibilities:
Manage, control and deliver Openbank's Project Plans related to international expansion and other ongoing initiatives.
Responsible for the detailed monitoring and daily updating of all international expansion projects simultaneously (monitoring in GANTT methodology).
Coordinate daily work with all areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.).
Detect and escalate risks, analyze and propose solutions for their mitigation.
Operational reporting to the Project Director on the status of all tasks on a weekly basis.
Maintain daily and fluid communication with all work teams, both national and international.
Coordinate and manage Committees and weekly or on-demand follow-up meetings.
Generate minutes and reports.
Identify, control, and plan new tasks necessary for the correct progress of the projects.
Manage and control all project documentation.
Ensure compliance with all project milestones for the correct launch of the new bank on the market in a timely manner.
Direct contact with senior management.
Plan, coordinate, and control various test activities.
Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process to deliver high-quality software.
Encourage different teams to work collaboratively to achieve the team's business outcome.
Develop and define test methods and test tools.
Report, track, and create test reports.
Project and testing management based on Jira and Confluence tools.
Banking industry benchmark and analysis capacities.
Sustainable/Responsible banking knowledge applied to the banking industry.
Analysis capacity to understand metrics and ratios and propose improvements.
To be successful in the role you must have:
+3 years of experience in a similar role.
University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
MBA as a nice to have.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
German Speaker will be a plus.
High level of English.
Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
