What you will do The KYC (Know Your Customer) Experience team is looking for a technical product analyst who can dig into our integrations across the Klarna ecosystem, determine areas of high impact, work closely with engineers and product managers to influence the roadmap, and report on improved KPIs to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

A Product Analyst at Klarna provides analytical and product expertise to ensure that we deliver value to customers, Klarna, and our investors.
You will be acting as a bridge between the models, operations, products, and business decisions and are expected to know how to build strategies by connecting them.
Think of an analyst at Klarna as a "Swiss army knife".
Responsibilities Work closely with product managers, business analysts, researchers, and UX designers across Klarna to promote data-driven decisions in the KYC and identification problem space.
Conduct consumer and market analysis to compare and identify best-in-class 3rd party providers for consumer identity verification solutions worldwide.
Define and monitor the correct KPIs, set up and analyse A/B tests and influence the product backlog.
Ensure insights drawn from analytics are accurate, understandable, and actionable.
Create relevant dashboards to set benchmarks and measure the impact of changes.
Collaborate with engineering teams cross-domain to ensure tracking implementation is correct and up to date.
You'll have A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a Business field.
+3 years of experience in analytics, product analytics, and data visualisation.
An understanding of how to perform data extraction and manipulation.
Practical experience in A/B testing, programming languages (SQL, Python, R), and visualization tools (QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI) are a plus.
Experience in using structured approaches to problem-solving.
Significant drive and ambition.
Strong conceptual ability.
Strong attention to detail.
A curious mindset - you'll be someone who loves to question the why.
English proficiency in both spoken and written.
