You will be owning the month-end reporting process for a number of entities.The role will report directly to the Global Finance Controller and as a subject matter expert, you will provide support with monthly global consolidation. D365 is the primary accounting system used on a daily basis.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonthly accounting for the Management company meeting close deadlinesAgreeing and posting inter-company revenues, costs, payroll, and expensesEnsuring an accurate balance sheet close, fixed assets, cash and bank, and related reconciliationsReviewing trial balance and providing explanations on main variancesSupporting the Controller with the monthly P&L and Balance sheet consolidationsQuarterly VAT return filingsWorking on the annual statutory auditAnnual Accounts filingsAssist with ad hoc projectsExperience and Educational RequirementsQualified or Part qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA)Experience in monthly management accounting within IndustryExperience with Dynamics365 (D365) or other large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferredExperience of dealing in a multi-currency environmentHands-on and attention to detailUsed to working to deadlinesFlexible with strong communications and willingness to progressMinimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability RequirementsKnowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles, commercial credit, uniform commercial code, financial statement analysis, plan development, productivity, and profitability analysis.
