Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will): Support and supervise customer service;Responsible for communication between partners;Manage bookings;Assist with administrative and office tasks as required;New partner acquisition;Sales support.Key Functional Competencies (You possess the following): At least 1 year of experience working as a sales representative;Solid written and verbal communication skills;Advanced English and Spanish;Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure;Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;Availability to help with any emergency;Ability to learn and manage systems.Individual Competencies (You are able to): Collaborate - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives;Drive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and others to accomplish goals.
