Away from Home Sales Marketing Specialist (Trade Marketing) MISSION: Reporting hierarchically to the Corporate Head of Trade Marketing and integrated into the Field Sales team in Iberia of the "Away-From-Home" division (AFH professional channel, non-consumer), the mission will be to contribute to the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the Iberian Market (Spain, Andorra, and Portugal), complying with the company's directives for the Lucart Professional Brand.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Trade Marketing plans for the assigned market, in collaboration with the local Sales Director – AFH.Participate in the definition of communication plans and promotional activities, the budgets assigned, and the customers to whom they are directed.Collaborate with the direct managers to guarantee the coherence of Trade Marketing plans with Marketing plans.In cooperation with the sales team, align promotional marketing activities with the brand values and defined sales strategies: proactively propose new plans and activities in line with the targets.Actively provide the necessary training of distributors and the sales team, with special attention to monitoring and implementation of the sales tools and techniques.Share and develop with the sales team the best practices, aimed at selling value-added products to final customers, through the use of appropriate tools.Detect and analyze the behavior of distributors and end users, carrying out market and competitive trend studies.Ability for periodic reports defined by Management, related to the activities of the sales team.Collaborate with the local Sales team and the Marketing team in the management of all the tools available to Trade Marketing (promotional campaigns, collaborations, trade fairs, events, etc.).Contribute to the development of corporate promotional support tools, which are most appropriate for the needs of the reference market and in agreement with the Marketing team.Collaborate with the Marketing team and the sales force in the launch and development of new products, within the strategic plans defined by Management.PROFILE: Bachelor in Business Administration / Marketing with specialization in Sales management and/or operational marketing.Demonstrable experience in the same type of tasks, of a minimum of 2-3 years.Working experience in AFH in the same or another related sector will be valued (hygiene products for hospitality, catering, etc.), especially if the experience has been developed in a related sector, in the professional segment and collectivities: tissue paper, cleaning products, supplies, etc.Clear aptitude, sales vocation, and customer orientation.A talented person with the ability for professional development in the medium/long term.A dynamic person, goal-oriented, with a high degree of commitment and responsibility.Good cultural level, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
