ResponsibilitiesFirst-Level Support: Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, providing prompt and efficient assistance via telephone, email, and chat. Address common customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.Data Room Management: Support in the creation, management, and archiving of data rooms, ensuring the integrity and security of confidential information stored within these rooms.Additional Services Execution: Perform specialized services such as document redaction, indexing, and other recurring data room tasks, adhering to the specified requirements and timelines across all regions.Reporting: Data collection and report creation for both customers and internal purposes.Technical Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving basic technical issues related to applications, firewalls, and other system components, liaising with the technical team when necessary.USB Archiving: Oversee the creation, double-checking, and delivery of USB and online archives, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Customer Success Managers, Product Support Specialists, and Sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the team, including contract termination tasks, contract checks, quality assurance tasks, and other tasks from other teams contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth running of operations.Your Profile1+ years of experience in Customer Service, administrative tasks, and MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.Hands-on mentality, customer & solution-oriented, multi-tasking skills, and good time and organization management.Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized.Technical affinity, proactivity, and awareness of how actions can affect the overall success of a project or company.Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills are advantageous.BenefitsIn addition to our committed support of our employees, our diverse, fun, and inclusive workplace, as well as individual onboarding program, we offer a variety of local benefits and learning opportunities.
