Operations Support Specialist - Late Shift

At Drooms, the Late Shift Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence. As a Late Shift OSS, you're the first point of handling 1st level inquiries with efficiency and expertise. You'll engage in specialized tasks like document redaction and indexing, plus provide critical support during late shifts and across all regions. The working hours will likely be between 3:00 PM and midnight. Benefits Hybrid working Employee health initiatives Ticket Restaurant Long service awards Special leave days Birthday treats After work events and annual company parties Your challenge First-Level Support : Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, providing prompt and efficient assistance via telephone, email, and chat. Address common customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service Data Room Management : Support in the creation, management, and archiving of data rooms. Ensuring the integrity and security of confidential information stored within these rooms Additional Services Execution : Perform specialized services such as document redaction, indexing, and other recurring data room tasks, adhering to the specified requirements and timelines across all regions Reporting : Data collection and reports creation for both customers and internal purposes Technical Issue Resolution : Assist in resolving basic technical issues related to applications, firewalls, and other system components, liaising with the technical team when necessary USB Archiving : Oversee the creation, double checking and delivery of USB and online archives, ensuring accuracy and completeness Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams, including Customer Success Managers, Product Support Specialists and Sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience Administrative Support : Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the team, which includes contract termination tasks, contract checks, quality assurance tasks, and other tasks from other teams which is contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth running of operations Your skills 1 years of experience in Customer Service and administrative tasks and MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel Hands-on mentality, customer & solution orientated, multi-tasking skills and good time and organization management Structured, detail oriented and well organized Technical affinity, proactivity, and awareness of how actions can affect the overall success of a project or company Fluent in Spanish and English, additional language skills are advantageous At Drooms, we believe in hiring people like you - ambitious, forward thinkers who want to be more than just another employee.
