**Position under ERP**
B2B Operations Specialist your core role is to manage customer and industry activities from on-board and through the life of the contract. Alongside this you will support the Key Account Manager with maintaining ongoing customer strategic and other partner relationships. You will play a key role in the service of our large and mid-market B2B customers.
You will be responsible for the experience the customer receives throughout their contract lifecycle, efficiently managing customer queries and effectively set-up, update and maintain all customer data items, striving for 100% data accuracy.
The role covers many different processes and requires interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You must have the ability to manage a broad range of activities, communicate effectively, deliver to bespoke requirements and resolve, often complex issues in expected timeframes
The ideal candidate will have talent and experience in POWER customer service account management within B2B servicing. You will be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between delivering great customer service and result driven approach.
The role will be accountable for the following activities:
- Support the tender and renewal of contracts by setting up customer master data for pricing
- High level of data integrity, ensure alignment with 3rd party industry interfaces
- Responsible for performing and tracking customer switching, including any follow-up and exception management
- Help the commercial team in Analysing data providing feedback on the customer performance over the last years
- Promptly identify missing, inaccurate or estimated data, and investigate root causes to improve both customer and industry performance
- Manage all customer and metering data and data exceptions in a timely manner, minimizing the impact or delay to invoicing
- Managing any capacity change requests
- Invoice validation and exception management, ensuring customer invoices are accurate and timely
- Ensure your portfolio of customers understand their invoices and queries are pro-actively identified and resolved
- Provide customers with timely reporting requests
- Customer query management ownership through to resolution
- Own compiling regulatory reporting to ensure compliance
- Primary focus on POWER local markets
- Required to partner with staff based in other regions & hubs
- Experience in the local POWER MARKET, with knowledge in POWER industry and customer operations
- Self- Entrepreneur – being able to solve situation by themselves
- Good commercial understanding
- Good analytics knowledge to be able to compare big quantities of data
- Very strong attention to details
Fluent in both the English as well as the Spanish language (depending on location)
