Operations & Support Associate - Speaker German

Your role Operations Review and confirm new merchants, contracts, payments and related documents; Data entry and review of some client profiles and payment information; Monitor unusual elements, documents or behaviors in the context of fraud and money-laundering prevention. Support Assist clients by phone and in writing regarding their profile and ongoing transactions; Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of our platforms and processes. Your profile Team player: the quality of your work directly impacts your colleagues; Self-driven: Able to remain focused while performing sometimes repetitive tasks; Logic: learn the rules during your induction, apply them systematically during your daily work; Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; Written and oral: perfect command of German, English and French, written and spoken. Good spelling and grammar, good diction and ability to keep a sustained language on the phone, even when a disagreement or tension arises with a client. Previous experience in a financial institution (bank, payment company) a strong plus.

Other requirements and information Permanent contract at 39h/week; Starting date as soon as possible; Salary around €24,500, depending on experience; Offices in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes from Casa Batlló; Work from Monday to Friday (office hours), with occasional Saturdays possible.
