You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth communication with our partners, primarily nurses and hospitals. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:Contact Management: Maintain up-to-date records of our partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Inquiry Resolution: Organize and address queries and issues related to Livo's operations efficiently.Documentation: Collect, organize, and manage legal documents, ensuring proper handling and filing.Support and Assistance: Provide support to our partners, addressing any issues related to our services.Analytical Skills: Capable of identifying improvements in existing procedures as well as the creation of new flows to automate current functions.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product team and account management teams to achieve established objectives.Your profileWe're looking for someone eager to join a healthtech startup in a customer service role.
