The Operations Supervisor is the main link between our company and current/potential customers having initial contact with them.
He/she interacts with customers with high professionalism and acts as a filter.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesEstablishing primary contact with customers who send inquiries.Identifying customers' needs and wants, clarifying and filtrating information of the inquiry.Using CRM to distribute the inquiries to Sales Agents, log, and track inquiries.Handling live chat on our websites.QualificationsExcellent command of the English and Spanish languages.Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills.Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.Serious work ethic, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Excellent listener and team player.Eligible to work in Spain.Working hours: Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (lunch break 13.00-15.00); Saturday 10.00-15.00.If you are a good-hearted, open-minded person, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career, this might be the role for you.
